Catalyst Groups Are How We Grow The Movement

Medicine Forward members are forming decentralized teams to collaborate, experiment, and take action together. These catalyst groups are born from connection and built around shared purpose—developing coaching relationships, co-creating wellbeing programs, publishing books, and organizing national events.

From the Burnout Symposium to grassroots innovation projects, our members are proving what’s possible when people come together to lead change.

Many who join Medicine Forward discover their own North Star — a renewed sense of purpose and direction. Through Catalyst Groups, members connect with like-minded peers, gain clarity, and take bold steps toward transforming healthcare. Some launch new initiatives, podcasts, or publications; others deepen their impact within existing roles. We celebrate these journeys, including those of Denise Wiseman, Eva Minkoff, Jeff Cohn, Dawn Ellison, and Lisa Scardina — individuals who found inspiration in our community and carried it forward into meaningful change.
